We are a union of like-minded individuals with a single goal – to redefine art again and again. Artists from all over the Philippines come to Dubai to find a complete lack of a scene. We’re here to change that. We are a design house, event organization, and music production group that seeks to bring the best of Dubai’s underground art and music out into the daylight. A weekly gig featuring the best of Filipino underground music and art exhibits are just some of our current projects, and the first few of many more to come. Dates : whole month of October. Every Tuesday night from October 6. The final will be on October 27. Cost : Free registration for all U.A.E based bands. All musicians need to do to register is submit their passport details. Venue : weekly heats at Alpha nightclub. Bands will appear alongside other competitors at a weekly Tuesday night competition entitled “Road to Sound City’ at Alpha. You only need to perform on one Tuesday in October - unless you are chosen by the judges to come back on October 27.
Set list : 3 original songs + 1 cover. The cover is NOT necessary, should you want to play all originals. We would like covers to be songs from artists who will be appearing at Dubai Sound City though. See below for the line-up.
A winner will be selected each week, with the victor on October 27 going on to open the whole Sound City event.
One week later, the winning act will embark on an all-expenses paid musical adventure to Vienna, courtesy of Diesel:U:Music. http://www.dieselumusic.com for details. Deadline to enter is the last Thursday of September.

The 1st band entered the Cesspool Studios this afternoon at 1pm, to record for the upcoming Blacksheep Compilation Album. The album will also consist of different bands under the Blacksheep Production. The album launch is target to be release before end of this year.
Our 1st band "Tsinelaz" is currently recording their track entitled "Inday".
We will also be releasing bands video clips of their recording sessions!
